The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our reach by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with senior living facilities, assisted living communities, shelter homes, schools, and other relevant organizations. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the mental health landscape and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify and target potential partners, including senior housing, assisted living facilities, shelter homes, schools, and community organizations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
- Market Analysis and Expansion:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
- Identify and pursue new markets and service offerings to meet the evolving needs of our target populations.
- Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote our services and build rapport with partners.
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities and partner interactions.
- Sales and Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing materials.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide input on pricing strategies and service offerings to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting progress and achievements.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all business development activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
- Work with clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality client care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or partnership management within the healthcare or social services industry.
- Strong understanding of the mental health landscape and the needs of seniors, adults, and young teenagers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Knowledge of the senior living, assisted living, shelter home, and school systems is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the mental health industry.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Established network of contacts within the senior living, assisted living, shelter home, and school communities.
